         We will do this by surrounding others with what they need to thrive!

 

       The Tri-Lakes Business Incubator (TLBI) was founded by Alison Brown on November 12, 2007, as a 501c3 Non-Profit organization, and was re-founded on April 5, 2017 by Noah Dome. Our purpose is to create economic development in the Tri-Lakes area by fostering small business growth. Our business partners include:  Colorado Springs SBDC, Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce, CS Regional EDC, Tri-Lakes EDC, SCORE, SBA, Colorado PTAC & others. The Tri-Lakes Region is home to over 500 home-based businesses.  If you are the owner of a small business in the Tri-Lakes area, or are thinking of starting one, you have come to the right place!

Noah Dome– TLBI Re-Founder

Noah is the re-founder of the Tri-Lakes Business Incubator, and is nearing the completion of his Doctorate in Management in Organizational Development and Change with a focus in fundamentally reshaping the business landscape through the mastery of designing multi-million dollar crowdfunding projects.

Kelly Ikenberry

Kelly is the owner of Kelly Ikenberry Coaching LLC, and is a business strategist, an implementation specialist and a certified DISC trainer. She is a graduate of Coach University and has over 750 hours of coaching experience that she utilizes through a down to earth and lighthearted teaching method

Location

We are located in the beautiful Tri-Lakes area of Colorado, between Colorado Springs and Castle Rock, in the old Woodcarver Museum building off of Baptist Road next to the Santa Fe Trail. There is convenient travel to I-25 and an easy drive to both Colorado Springs and Denver. Pets are Welcome!
